This product is made by Judi Kins.
It can be used directly over your artwork to achieve a glass-like finish. It thins with water and can be tinted with dye ink. It can also be used as an adhesive for glitter etc.
This product comes in several sizes: 18 fl oz, 10 fl oz and 2 fl oz.
