This package contains quilling
paper. It is a 12 color pack with a wide variety of colors. The papers are
all recycled and have that recycled speckled look.
The package does not come
with instructions so if you have never tried quilling you may want to get the Starter
Pack (see separate listing).

The package contains 120 pieces.
The paper strips are 1/4" wide.
