This is a "Lightfast
Archival Acrylic Adhesive Medium or Top Coat". It is made to adhere
all weights and textures of paper to virtually any surface!
It is UV resistant and transparent.
It dries to a matte finish that is both durable and flexible. It is ideal
for use with fine art papers in collage, montage, assemblage, decoupage,
glazing and more. It can be used on any non-oily surface. It comes a 1 ounce and 8.5 ounce squeeze bottle with dispenser tip and a bulk jar.
