What are Frozen Opals? They are thin slices of pearl resin with "opal"
chips fused inside. You can melt it, glue it and tape it. The material breaks
off into pieces which can be put onto Shrink Plastic, paper, or other surfaces.
It adds a brilliance to any surface! If you choose to heat it you can use
a standard embossing heat gun.
