all, it's very easy to learn. This kit will show you how to make colorful and
eye-catching birthday designs.
This kit includes a special quilling paper that starts
off colored and fades to white, called Graduated (GRAD) and Dark Centered Graduated
(DCG) paper. Some designs will recommend using GRAD paper or DCG paper. It'll
be noted in the instructions.
Quilling takes some patience and practice, but before
