RETURNS: We
do not accept returns. We are attempting to keep our prices as low
as possible for our customers and still keep the doors open. In order to do
this we have to have a very strict return policy. PLEASE
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU ARE VERY SURE THAT
IT IS WHAT YOU WANT. We would rather answer a zillion questions
via e-mail before you make your purchase in order to determine that the product
is something that will work for you and your particular application. We are
VERY accessible via e-mail and phone so please take the time to contact us with

EXCHANGES: We do
not offer exchanges. We ask that you review your order very carefully before

If you are mainly buying paper products from us it is a good
idea to get one of our sample swatches before ordering. That way you can be
very sure of what the paper looks like. You can purchase swatches from the
SAMPLES link at the top of this web page.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
UPS- Items sent via UPS are automatically insured. If you
have items that arrived damaged or appear defective please send us an e-mail
with your order number and describe the damage. We also need to know whether
you would like a refund or a replacement (we may or may not be able to offer
a replacement due to stock limitations). Do not call us- we need to have the
description of the damage in writing. Damage claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the order.
USPS- Items sent via USPS are automatically insured starting
Feb. 17th 2006. If you have items that arrived damaged or appear defective please
send us an e-mail with your order number and describe the damage. We also need

INCORRECT ADDRESS:
USPS- If we receive a box back from USPS as "undeliverable
as addressed" we will contact you for the correct address. Unfortunately,
we will also have to charge you for shipping it to you again. So, please be
very careful when you type your shipping address in. Nobody wants to pay shipping
once let alone twice!
UPS- If UPS has to make an address correction
in order to get your box to you, please be aware that they charge us between
$6 and $10 per address change. If an address charge appears on our statement
we will have to pass that charge on to you. So, please be very careful when

LOST BOXES:
UPS- Items sent via UPS are automatically insured against
loss or theft (unless you waive the signature required option). If it has been
10 days and your box has not shown up please contact us and we will begin a
UPS investigation to try and locate the box. If it is missing we will be able
to issue you a refund or a replacement (we may or may not be able to offer a
replacement due to stock limitations). Do not call us about a lost box- we need
to have the claim in writing.
USPS- Items sent via UPS are automatically insured against
loss or theft (as of Feb. 17th 2006). If it has been 30 days and your box has
not shown up please contact us and we will put in a lost box claim with Endicia
(our insurance company). If it is missing we will be able to issue you a refund
or a replacement (we may or may not be able to offer a replacement due to stock
limitations). Do not call us about a lost box- we need to have the claim in
writing.
WARRANTY: If you
have bought an item that comes with a warranty please contact the manufacturer
directly for instructions on how to return. For any mechanical item that we
sell that does not come with a warranty we will replace it or offer a credit
within 30 days of your receiving it (if it stops working). The item will need
to be returned to us for inspection. If it is confirmed to be non-functioning
we will issue a credit for the shipping cost as well. Please contact us before

ORDER CANCELLATION: As
long as your order has not been shipped we can cancel it but be aware that our
shopping cart company charges us 5% of your order total so PLEASE do not submit
an order that you may not want. These charges can add up and can increase product
prices for everyone! If you need to cancel please send an e-mail or call us
CPG@pacific.net (800) 637-6401 ext 1 or (707) 459-9124 ext 1. Once the order
has shipped there is no way to recall the box and we will refuse it, if it is
returned to us.
Privacy Policy
CREDIT CARD SECURITY: When
you pay with a credit card at our site we will not keep that number on file
(unless requested). As soon as the order is submitted the number is erased from
our shopping cart system. The transmitting of that number to our office is done
securely using encryption technology. No hard copy is kept in our office and
the number does not appear on your invoice.
However, if you are not comfortable with submitting your credit
card number on-line we do recommend that you choose the "Paying By Money
Order" option when you check out. By selecting this option you will be
able to complete the check out without giving your card number. You can then
phone in your number after your have finished checking out. The number to use

PERSONAL INFORMATION: We
do not share your registration information with anyone. We have never done this
in the past and will never do so in the future. Your information is safe!
MAILING LIST: If
you join our mailing list we will not share or sell that address. We will not
disclose it to any person beyond our office.
